Intermittent fasting has made a dynamic improvement with one of my friends. He’s less tired and is losing weight. I can see changes in his skin. Liver damage can present with patches of dry, flaky sink on the face and body. His patches have disappeared.
I went along for the ‘ride’. I fast three times a week and feel/see benefits I didn’t expect even though I’m in good health. Good article. Thanks.
